IN STORE Return Policy
Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within seven (7) business days of purchase with original receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. All items returned must have been purchased from Monkee's of Punta Gorda.
ONLINE Return Policy:
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns if postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition. Once we received the returned items, refund will be made to the original payment method used on the order. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated.
All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, home & gift, special orders, trunk show items, and
DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
Shipping
We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $10. We also offer Expedited 2-day shipping for $25 and Next Day shipping for $35. Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary standard shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information.
Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather. No overnight shipping is offered at this time.
